This pot has exceeded my expectations quite a bit. It feels very high quality and has a base that distributes heat fairly evenly, which is great for cooking consistency. It is also surprisingly easy to clean and any residue left behind after cooking comes away with little effort. I love the detail of insulated handles that stay cool to the touch so I don’t have to worry about burning my hands but can still use a fully stainless steel pot to cook. Overall, I think this pot is a pretty solid investment for anyone serious about cooking since it feels like it will probably last at least a couple years.
