This is a huge jump. It's also more then the 14" pot - same type though smaller. Please explain. I would like to purchase 5 more but not for $37.00 each. Thank you.It's a flower pot... It looks like a flower pot, it holds soil, plants and water like a flower pot..I'm kinda disappointed that it doesn't sing & dance for me, but you get what you pay for I guess...I purchased this pot to repot my monstera deliciosa. Pot nice, simple clean looking which I like, perfect size I needed with good drain holes. Delivered quickly. Only problem I have is the drain tray snaps on tight & difficult to remove. I need to check the drain tray after watering to ensure good drainage & pour our excess water. I didn't use the train tray but put pot on another drain tray with shims under it to raise pot slightly off drain tray for good drainage & easy access to pour out excess water.This is a cheap plastic "garbage can". For $35 I'm actually appalled that this is what they sent me. In the photo it looks ceramic, and I figured for that price it definitely would be.Mine didn't even have any drainage holes in the bottom. It's my mistake for not thinking to read the full description I guess. Returning this and I'll get a ceramic one for $8.00 at walmart.**save your money! They have nicer planters at the dollar store!I got this for my 8 inch cactus and it just fits. I didn't pot my plant directly into the container, but if you do it has holes at the bottom for watering/drainage. It's a simple plastic pot, which is what I needed. Just not worth $20.
