I bought this tree in August 2017 it is now April 2019. It was small when it arrived (about 16 inches and I was worried that being so late in the season it would not make it thru the winter. But planted it in a tote bucket and covered it for the winter and it sprang to life again in spring. I transplanted to the ground mid spring when all fear of frost was gone. This tree went from being about 16 inches tall August 2017 to about 40 inches April 2018 to now well over 7 foot tall April 2019. I will be buying another this year :) It is now December 2019 and the tree is growing faster than ever it is now well over 9 foot tall and so full and beautiful. Thank You!Tree arrived to me already golden. Planted and then put plant soil (type recommended by seller) but unfortunately the tree was cut up the following day by landscaping company. Planted soil down again and a few days later, it came back to life and was growing very well with branches close to 2 feet long, despite main trunk being cut down to 3" above ground. Couple months later, had more yard work done and the tree was run over by machinery (despite having barrier around it. It was wounded but put fresh soil down and it's growing back to it's lush, green self.This tree grows so quick I love it!I bought and planted it in the late summer of 2018. It is about 7 feet tall and blows in the wind like crazy. But its growing and i have already pruned it once. Would buy again if i wanted more of them.Arrived in great shape and are thriving! I ordered this one and a Scarlet corkscrew willow and they're both twice as big as when they arrived a month or so ago. I put them in pots to start, and will be able to transfer them to their permanent locations much sooner than I expected. They do need frequent watering if you don't get a lot of regular rain. I ordered plants and trees from several companies this year and these were by far the best looking on arrival. So glad I ordered them!arrived today (ups). hope it lives. totally dried out. will re review in a week, see if it lives.update: it soaked in a bucket for 3 days. all the leaves fell out. starting to get new ones. YAY i think its revived.So far its good. The tree grew 9 inches the past month. My yard were there was mud no mud any more . I never thought I would ever get my yard back.this tree is taking all the water. I'm so happy grass is now growing. This tree helped alot its only 4 feet tall now. Can't wait to see it bigger. Its so pretty and cool. Everyone needs one. When it comes shipped its only 3 feet tall fyi.This tree (and others) can be beautiful if cultivated properly. Mine was delivered with multiple cuts to the brances... it looked worse than one from a big named store. Now it's growing like a shrub instead of a tree. I wish sellers would consider selling before hacking up a tree just to fit in a box or create. This will probably get replaced by the one I found today at the local nursery.
