無印店舗で土鍋を、アマゾンでこの本を購入しました。釜揚げうどんやかぼちゃとレーズンの蒸し煮など楽しいレシピ満載で日々活用しております。またご飯を炊く時のバーナー火力が写真入りで紹介されているのも大変参考になりました。しかし、出来上がりサンプルとして掲載されている写真には首を傾げたくなるようなものも見受けられます。特に白いご飯などは素人の自分が炊いたほうがづっと粒立ちがよく美味しそうに仕上がります。、寄せ鍋に写っている鶏肉は半生状態で赤身が気持ち悪いです。レシピが楽しいだけにとても残念なサンプル写真になっています。
