Love being able to pull my basket down to water and cut out the old blooms. It sometimes can be a little difficult for the mechanisms to catch to keep your plant where you want it.These did not work out as I had intended. I have a very tall shephard's hook for several of my bird feeders. I wanted to use these to help pull down my feeders for refilling but the feeders are too heavy and lower on their own. Thus....they are not right for my use. I have not tried using them for other uses.Perfect!!! These work great for what I as going to use them for. The two 6×8 wire baskets with 6 small ornamental succulent cactus in each one weighs approximately a lb. a piece. So really no heavy weight here and probably never will be.The price and quantity were just right .nothingThese were supposed to hold up to 35 pounds. Mine were 5 pounds soaking wet and neither worked. They would go straight down and would not go back up and catch lock. I checked both pulleys and both were non-operational. I had 2 other people try to make it work. No such luck.I tried to reach them for a return and refund. Never heard a word. Never again would I do business with this company. I threw them in the trash.Whitelotus? Hardly...Love these! No more climbing I. Chairs and stools to water the hanging plants! Can "stop" the length at any point to hang just right where you want it.Very hard to stop in mid extension. Either all the way up or all the way down. Had to play with it to get it to stop. Would not recommend.Very useful
