The plant was delivered very soon after my order and was well packaged when it arrived. It is under 3 inches tall and flimsy (likely a cutting with two mature leaves as a base), so I have to use small sticks and twine to gently keep it upright. It is cute and alive, but I wish it was closer to picture, so that I don't have to be as concerned about it taking a sudden turn in health.I would buy from here again, but I will keep in mind that the plant may be at a different state of growth than expected.Update: I received a follow-up message from the company (I don't know if that is standard or not) and they gave me great customer service. My plant is still indoors and still alive. I am satisfied enough with it and hope it will grow further. My rating went from 3 stars to 4.Appreciated getting four healthy-looking small plants, although I ordered two larger plants. I received four very small plants instead of the (pictured) larger plant that is seen to the left of my rating. They were all the size of the upper cluster of leaves and a small stem. The pictured plant I ordered was of two stems full of foliage in two sections coming from on more matured stem. I feel there was a substitution of the original order in hopes that doubling the count, although smaller, would keep me contentI ordered this plant because I wanted a sweet olive tea tree like the one I remembered when I was child. They smell really nice in the late summer and early fall. I was disappointed when I received it because it was very small, not a tree, it was a tiny 1.5 inch sprout. I left a 3-star review. Seller contacted me quickly and offered either a refund or another plant for free. I chose to receive another plant although I was told that they are all similar sizes. I figured that with another one, I might have a better chance to have one survive and grow to a tree in a few years. To my surprise, I received the second plant with 5 small growing sprouts! I will be taking care of these babies for a few years before they bloom. The package was secure and shipping was prompt.Plant arrived in good condition and was packed well.I don't recall seeing a size mentioned in the listing. The plant I received was healthy, but probably only about 4 or 5 inches tall. That was just what I wanted, but some people may be expecting something larger. It hasn't grown much in the month I've had it, but since I bought it in September, I figure the growing season is pretty much over. We'll have to see what it does in the spring.I was really excited to get a tea tree going at home, I kept it indoors as we were having a cold spell when it first was delivered. Of the three branches it had, the first was dead in a couple days and the others were dead within two weeks. I was pretty devastated, I kept it in a bay window to try to nurse it to health, but it was a lost cause. When I tossed it away there didn't seem to be enough of a root system to sustain the plant size.Unfortunately my plants died after replanting. The plant did well in the beginning, but of course only time can sum up the cycle of growth. I did a solid read up on my plants and followed these reputable resources but slowly the leaves started falling off. I give this rating due to environmental changes, possible transplant shock, and plant stress. Others may have a better go at this plant for it looked healthy upon receipt. Was in great shape when it arrived snd is growing very well!!Ok, It did took mama 2yrs to grow it into blossom. But when it finally did, it goes! My mom carefully collect the new blossoms and air dried the flowers indoor aircond and I put it in regular none scented tea to mix with it. Or just plain flowers with hot water would do just fine. We both love it.
