Its Very good and keeps the Coffee hot for along time.If I could only say one thing, I'd say the pump is really good. One single press fills my mug with hot water (or coffee), which is what concerned me most. I had a similar product bought in a shop and I had to press several times just to pump the same amount. We used it in an excursion and after 14h (after dinner) we had a tea and the water was still warm, we could all enjoy a nice tea. Thanks MrCoffee!Insulated thermos. Does its job well. Not too fancy, doesn't seem like it'll break. Top can be tilted back by pressing buttons on the front spout. Big enough opening to fit a bottle brush inside to clean. Holds 2 liters.It came with a crack around the top of it but nothing to say it would leak or anything. It did its purpose for having coffee while out on the road. Held coffee hot for a long car ride.We use this when we have company to ensure we always have plenty of hot water for tea. This works fine but I noticed the liquid loses its temperature more quickly than I would have hoped. Also it takes an awful lot of pumps to fill a cup. It would be nice if you could press once and receive a steady stream of water until the cup is filled.The item is bigger than I thought and it do not keep the liquid hot for much timeHard to push to dispense liquid if you have a wrist injury.We were looking for a product that would really keep hot things hot for longer than an hour. It worked great with hot chocolate &performed like we hped it would. Might buy another one.
