Calathea Roseopicta cv. Dottie, or Rose Painted Calathea Dottie, a plant species of Marantaceae family, is an unique "gift plant". It has oval-shaped dark green (almost black) leaves with hot pink pattern and little white, yellow or purple blooms of flowers. Calathea Dottie has moderate growth rate and can reach approximately 12” tall. This is an evergreen perennial. Its small, nice to see flowers usually bloom in the summer. Plants may be shipped bare root. Full sun to partial shade, or bright, indirect sunlight. However, avoid direct sunlight to prevent sunburn.
